- Return/Exchange Window: 7 days from delivery
- Eligible: Unused, unwashed, original tags & packaging, with invoice
- Non-Returnable: Innerwear, socks, briefs, masks, customised items, final sale
- How to Return: Email support@mostkino.com with Order No.(in subject) + items + reason + photo of the product with tag attached
- Shipping: First return FREE | Additional returns ₹99
- Refund: Processed within 48–72 hrs after we receive item | Credited in 5–7 business days
- Exchange: Mention “Exchange” in the same email
